A Visual Journey Within
SoulCollage® is a simple but profound process based on an intuitive form of collage. By merging images, imagination and intuition, we will be creating cards using a specific format. The aim is to create your own deck of cards to help you explore the many parts of your self, as each SoulCollage® card is the manifestation of a particular aspect of who you are. It expands your self awareness and allows you to listen deeply to your intuitive wisdom. SoulCollage not only let's everyone be an artist but helps us discover and give voice to the different parts of who we are.

This was such a fun and profound experience! It far exceeded my expectations. The listing caught my eye on the app a few times. I sent the info to a friend to see if she would be interested- she wasn’t available so I decided to try it solo and I’m glad I did. Mary has this way about her that makes you feel completely at ease. First off, I will say that I shared this experience with three friends who are all like-minded in our interest in creative exploration and personal growth. This made the soul collage experience feel even richer. Mary brought a meditative spirit to the experience that felt accessible, serious and fun at the same time. The setting was cozy and lovely on the water -- I felt like I was in a little creative nest. We emerged from the nest with some "soul cards" as well as some ways that we can develop them further as useful and soulful tools in our lives. I would definitely do it again. Thanks Mary!!

What a transformative, fun experience! So much richness was packed into the three hours; it flew by and I left feeling like i had made new, special friends. The Soul collage activity as designed and implemented by Mary in particular was so evocative, moving and inspiring. Every participant’s presence added richly to the experience, and Mary had a gift for drawing us all out and deepening our knowing of ourselves and others. We tapped into our creativity and in a peaceful, beautiful, natural setting. This was the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon! I will treasure the memories of this experience and seek more of the same with Mary and others in the future!!! Don’t pass this one up!

I practice mediation and I like to collage so Mary's Soul Collage seemed like the perfect combination and it was. Mary's home is beautiful sitting right on the water, a very serene location. Mary guided us in a mediation and then explained the process for doing the collage. She provided snacks and all the materials needed. It was a relaxing, peaceful and hugely rewarding way to spend a Saturday afternoon and you get to take home your unique meaningful collage cards. I will definitely do this class with Mary again. I highly recommend it.

She begins with a meditation/journey that evolves into the work and comes to completion in open-hearted communal sharing. During the work session I found the imagery pouring out of me. "It was a very different and unique experience. To start with, the whole ambience is just lovely! The cozy home with ocean view and colorful paintings all around itself brings so much peace. To follow that, the entire journey was very relaxing and somewhat thought provoking too. I made collages for the first time and never thought around why some particular images or visuals strike me more than others - but this experience made me wonder about my self through the images I put together. Definitely try it out on a lazy weekend. Take out ample time, relax, feel things rather than just thinking, and leave (as Mary said) your “inner critic” outside - and you’ll have a super fun time :)"
